At Apna Print, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Please review our policy below to understand the process for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept returns for:

  • Non-Customized Products: If the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: In case of any manufacturing defects or if the product arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized Products: Items that are personalized with custom designs, logos, or text are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.
  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software

Timeframe for returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Items returned after the 30-day window (only if agreed by the management).

Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted, including:

Products not in their original condition or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified period:

  1. Check your bank account and credit card statement.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. If necessary, contact your bank as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@apnaprint.com.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

Customized Products: As these items are made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds on personalized products unless they are defective or damaged.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please send it to the following address: [Insert Physical Address].

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
