1. Delivery of Products

All products purchased from ApnaPrint will be delivered to the customer by a logistics partner engaged by ApnaPrint. While we endeavor to ensure timely delivery on or before the estimated arrival date, this date is purely indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. ApnaPrint shall not be held liable or financially responsible for any delays in delivery, regardless of the cause.

2. Estimated Arrival Date

The estimated arrival date provided at the time of order placement is subject to change based on the availability of products, logistics constraints, and other factors. Delays arising from external conditions will not be considered as a deficiency in service.

3. Responsibility for Delivery Delays

ApnaPrint disclaims any liability arising from delays, damages, or loss during transit, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Flight delays
  • Political disruptions
  • Natural calamities
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Any reasonable delay under such circumstances shall not constitute a breach of contract or service deficiency.

4. Address Accuracy

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. Inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect address details may result in delayed or undelivered shipments. ApnaPrint shall not be held responsible for such delivery failures, and the customer shall remain liable for any resulting charges.

5. Non-Delivery Due to External Constraints

In cases where delivery is not possible due to external factors such as:

  • Geopolitical events
  • Regulatory restrictions
  • Limitations imposed by delivery partners
  • Legal or trade issues

ApnaPrint will offer either a full refund or a credit note for any prepaid amount. However, we disclaim liability for any damages resulting from such non-delivery.

6. Changes After Order Placement

Requests for changes to product specifications, delivery address, or any other order-related detail after placement may impact the estimated delivery date. While we will make efforts to accommodate such requests, ApnaPrint does not guarantee execution of change requests, and delays or failures arising from such modifications will not be considered service deficiencies.

7. Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries

In the event that the customer is unavailable for delivery, or refuses to accept the order during a second delivery attempt within seven (7) days of the first attempt, ApnaPrint reserves the right to cancel the order and dispose of the product. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or misuse arising from such disposal.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

Cash on Delivery is available only for select pin codes and shall be confirmed based on serviceability. Customers may pay using:

  • Cash
  • Card (if accepted by the logistics partner)

No other payment method shall be accepted for COD orders.

In cases of split shipments or consolidated orders, the value displayed on the shipping label may differ from the item delivered. Any overpayment will be refunded upon confirmation of receipt from our logistics partner and submission of bank account details by the customer.

9. COD Compliance and Fraud Prevention

By choosing the COD option, the customer agrees to pay the full order amount upon delivery. Failure to do so may result in:

  • Suspension of the customer account
  • Recovery proceedings
  • Legal action as deemed appropriate
